Good Samaritan stabbed to death while breaking up fight
A 21-year-old farmer who tried to do the right thing has lost his life after stepping in trying to break up a fight in Manchester.
The deceased has been identified as Wrayon Williams, a higgler of Harry Watch district in the parish.
Charged with his murder and wounding with intent is 48-year-old Clyde Williams, a farmer of Silent Hill, Manchester.
Reports from the Christiana police are that about 5:30 p.m., Wrayon was standing along the roadway with another higgler when Clyde approached them.
An argument broke out between Clyde and the other man, which quickly turned into a violent tussle.
Clyde allegedly pulled a knife and stabbed the man. Wrayon, in an attempt to quell the attack, reportedly intervened but was stabbed in his chest.
Both men were rushed to hospital, where Wrayon was pronounced dead. The other man was admitted for treatment.
Police say Clyde was arrested on Monday, October 13, during an operation at his home. He has since been formally charged.
A court date is being finalised .
